Refund and Returns Policy

1. Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchanges for products with defects not caused by human error.
  • Shipping costs for exchanges will be shared equally: the buyer and seller each cover 50%.
  • For damages or shortages during transportation, we will replace the affected items in your next order.

2. Inspection Upon Receipt

  • Please inspect the bottles immediately upon delivery.
  • If any damage is found, take clear photos and notify us promptly.

3. Replacement Process

  • Damaged bottles will be replaced and shipped with your next order.
  • For crimp-type bottles, test the connection between the sprayer and straw before installation to ensure proper function.
  • When cutting the straw, take care to avoid clogging.

4. Important Notes

  • Exchanges or after-sales requests will not be accepted once the product has been used.
  • Please inspect the product within 3 days of receipt and contact us if issues arise.
